My years as a nurse and teacher have made me aware of how interconnected everything is, and how astonishingly powerful human emotions are. My discovery of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) put a framework on personal challenges (such as emotional eating, fear, insomnia and anxiety) as well as challenges faced by family and friends. Using EFT, problems that "just had to be lived with" in traditional medicine are very often treatable. My nursing training combined with various holistic studies allow me to address issues from many different perspectives and modalities. I am particularly passionate about teaching people the connection between emotional issues and physical illnesses. I believe in a varied approach to healing, using combined modalities that best suits each client, along with gentle humour, respect and dedication.

I am an active member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
